Acomim Terms of Service

Welcome to Acomim, a product provided by 3F Venture S.A., registered in Luxembourg (VAT LU27795306), with its registered office at 9 rue du Laboratoire, 1911 Luxembourg. By accessing or using our platform and services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.
“Acomim” refers to our cloud-based SaaS platform that automates synchronization of e-commerce transaction data with accounting systems.
“User” or “you” means any individual or entity that accesses or uses Acomim.
“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refers to 3F Venture S.A.
“Services” means all features, functionalities, and products offered through the Acomim platform, including data imports, reconciliations, reporting, and integrations.
Acomim allows e-commerce sellers, accountants, and finance teams to import transaction data, handle VAT, reconcile across platforms, and generate reports.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms, applicable laws, and any usage limits associated with your subscription plan.
Registration: To use Acomim, you must create an account with accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
Credentials: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
We collect and process:
Account Information (name, email, company name, password)
Business Data (VAT number, accounting software credentials)
Transactional Data (orders, fees, taxes, refunds)
Usage Data (login timestamps, IP addresses, activity logs)
Your data is handled in compliance with the GDPR and our Privacy Policy. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
You retain ownership of all data you upload or generate in Acomim (e.g., invoices, reconciliation records).
By using the Service, you grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to access, store, and process your data as necessary to provide and improve the Service.
Plans: Acomim offers a Free Tier (up to 50 transactions/month) and paid plans (Starter, Essential, Growth, Enterprise).
Billing: Fees are billed monthly or annually in euros, automatically renewing until canceled.
Refunds: Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
We aim for 99.5% uptime (excluding scheduled maintenance).
Support for paid subscribers is provided via email or our help center. Free-tier users may receive community-based support.
All rights in the Acomim platform, including software, trademarks, logos, and documentation (excluding your data), remain with 3F Venture S.A. or its licensors.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Service without our prior written consent.
By You: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard.
By Us: We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or engage in prohibited conduct, upon notice.
On termination, your access to Acomim will end, but we will retain your data for up to five years to satisfy legal and regulatory requirements.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages (including loss of profits or data), arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability will not exceed the subscription fees you have paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Luxembourg. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Luxembourg.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a revised “Effective Date” and, where appropriate, via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance.
